Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

Job Position: Legal Counsel

Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Responsibilities

  • Anticipates and identifies legal issues and counsels junior officers and upper management in order to develop legal strategies and solutions, often in situations of great political, public relations, or financial risk or significance, and with limited time for assessing alternatives.
  • Responsible for legal advisory services that ensures both regulatory compliance and business continuity.

Job Requirements

  1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
  2. Must have at least 5 years’ work experience in a similar function, with a total minimum of 10 – 15 years legal experience.
  3. Legal and Advocacy Management.
  4. Business and Industry knowledge.
