Job Title: Legal Officer

Job Description

  1. Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, sales and lease agreements)
  2. Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
  3. Collaborate with management to devise efficient defence strategies
  4. Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization
  5. Conduct your work with integrity and responsibility
  6. Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation
  7. Manage property auctions or exchanges
  8. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right
  9. price under the best terms
  10. Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  11. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal
  12. requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  13. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
  14. Display and market real property to possible buyers
  15. Maintain and update listings of available properties
  16. Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
  17. Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
  18. Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
  19. Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification
  • 2 – 3 years of work experience.

Salary

  • N110,000 monthly
