Job Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the legal team, including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
- Communication: Maintain strong communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective information flow.
- Minute-Taking: Demonstrate strong minute-taking skills during meetings, hearings, and discussions.
- Documentation: Prepare and format legal documents and reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Job Requirements
- B.A. Hons. or B.Sc. from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
