Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the legal team, including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
  2. Communication: Maintain strong communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective information flow.
  3. Minute-Taking: Demonstrate strong minute-taking skills during meetings, hearings, and discussions.
  4. Documentation: Prepare and format legal documents and reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Job Requirements

  1. B.A. Hons. or B.Sc. from a recognized institution.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in an administrative role.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
