Job Position: Loan Collections Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

1. Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments
2. Make calls to customers about their loan repayments
3. Advise customers on their various payment options and inform them of further actions that may be taken to collect overdue debts
4. Negotiate payment plans and schedules
5. Conduct collections process on each customer that includes, phone calls, emails and text messages
6. Develop collection methods that brings in revenue and ensure full repayment of loans
7. Process payments and refunds
8. Keeping accurate records and reports on collections activities.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 0 – 1 year work experience.

Salary
N50,000 – N70,000 Monthly.
