Job Summary
- The Logistics Officer & Customer Support is responsible for coordinating cargo movement, tracking shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and providing support to customers throughout the shipping process.
- This role combines logistics operations with client service to ensure smooth handling and high customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate cargo pickup, transport, and delivery activities
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction
- Prepare and manage shipping documents, including waybills and invoices
- Ensure compliance with customs and transportation regulations
- Liaise with carriers, drivers, and logistics partners to ensure efficiency
- Maintain records of cargo movements and customer interactions
- Support the operations team with scheduling and documentation
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics or customer service (cargo industry preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics tracking systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
