Job Title: Logistics Officer
Location: Abule-Egba, Lagos
Job Description
- Receive and process online orders.
- Create and manage customers orders and sent invoice to customers while confirming payment made.
- Schedule riders for pickup and delivery.
- Actively track orders after handing over to riders
- Update of each order or transaction status on the company website
- Work with riders to resolve issue or challenging experience in the field
- Prepare and send a daily report to MD after closing of business
- Keep an accurate record of all items in the office
- An expert in the E-COMMERCE website developer
- Experience in preparation of monthly staff salary
- Preparation of weekly and monthly report at all riders
- Previous experience in Dispatch delivery company preferred
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an NCE, OND qualification with 2 – 4 years of work experience.
- The candidate should live around Abule-Egba, Kola, Command, Meiran, Ijaye And Agege.
Salary
N30,000 – N35,000 / month.
