Job Title: Logistics Officer

Location: Abule-Egba, Lagos

Job Description

  • Receive and process online orders.
  • Create and manage customers orders and sent invoices to customers while confirming payment made.
  • Schedule riders for pickup and delivery.
  • Actively track orders after handing over to riders
  • Update of each order or transaction status on the company website
  • Work with riders to resolve issues or challenging experiences in the field
  • Prepare and send daily report to MD after closing of business
  • Keep an accurate record of all items in the office
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly reports for all riders
  • Previous experience in Dispatch delivery company would be an added advantage

Job Requirements
Education:

  • Candidates should possess an SSCE, NCE or OND qualification.

Person Specification:

  • Not be more than 30 years
  • Not necessarily a graduate but must be skilful with intuitive skills.
  • Must know how to drive in Lagos Metropolis (With a Valid Drivers License)
  • Must know how to operate a computer or Laptop very well (Excel, Powerpoint and word are very important
  • He must know how to sell products
  • Must have good relationship management and people skill
  • The candidate should live around Abule-Egba, Kola, Command, Meiran, Ijaye And Agege.
  • 2-3 years of work experience.

Salary
N30,000 / Month
