Job Position: Logistics Sales Supervisor
Location: Orile Coker, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Supervise the daily activities of the logistics sales team.
  2. Identify new business leads and convert them into long-term clients.
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve set targets.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  5. Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management.
  6. Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales satisfaction.
  8. Train and mentor junior sales staff to improve team performance.

Qualifications 

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics sales, or a similar role.
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
