Location: Lagos

Job Description

We are a medium-sized and professionally-run HR consulting firm in Lagos with a keen interest in developing young, brilliant, diligent and honest graduates to becoming HRM professionals starting as Management Trainee (HRM).

Job Responsibilities

  1. Attend and coordinate various training programmes.
  2. Plan and execute various recruitment and training projects.
  3. Plan and implement various HR consulting projects.
  4. Research, write and implement various HR proposals and projects.

Major Requirements

  1. Degree / HND (Minimum of 2.1 / Upper Credit) in OTM, Management / Social, Physical / Life Sciences, Humanities, Law, or Education.
  2. Age: 25 years (max).
  3. Comfortable skills in the MS Office Suite.
  4. NYSC Discharged certificate.

Reward System

  1. Salary: N100,000 / Month.
  2. Tremendous practical training.
  3. Same-gender portable [optional] two-bedroom flat; Candidates outside Lagos are particularly encouraged to apply
  4. We may conduct telephone interviews first for candidates outside Lagos to minimise the costs and stress of transportation.
