Job Position: Manager, Contract Towerco Management – Network Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Descriptions

  1. Manage accurate Tower Co site database. Ensure all details released with respect to WO paraments (RF/TX) (RF antenna Height, Tower Height, Antenna type, Site configurations etc.) are updated.
  2. Ensure that all changes occurring on the network in the database are tracked and updated. Ensure all approved change request, decommissioning, halted sites are reflected on the holistic release for proper site WO issuance and RFI delivery.
  3. Interdepartmental Collaboration/interface with Finance and Legal teams to resolve any disputes
  4. Collate and record all invoices, following up for timely processing and payment
  5. Escalate any issues that may affect billing validation and reconciliation
  6. Continuously analyses RFI projections, quality of site delivery to foresee anticipated risks that may arise throughout the site project lifecycle to affect billing
  7. Ensure proper accountability of PFIS and the submitted invoice reflects the task carried out by each Tower Provider and DAS vendor before it submitted for PR & PO processing.
  8. Managing the process of negotiating favourable lease terms with landowners, including rent, lease duration, renewal options, and termination clauses.
  9. Ensuring compliance with approved contracts and agreements with Tower providers and Partners
  10. Collaborate with RF Planners and the Operations team to keep track of all halted and decommissioned sites.

Job Requirements
Educational Qualification:

  1. A First Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Physical Sciences or related field
  2. Fluent in English

Experience:

  1. 6 – 13 years’ work experience, which includes:
    • Minimum of 6 years’ related work experience
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management with experience in supervising/managing others
    • Experience working on a multi-vendor network
    • Experience working in a medium-sized organisation.
