Job Position: Margarine Plant Manager
Job Locations: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Personnel and plant management
- Runs materials mass balances
- Responsible for the timely daily plan execution
- Responsible to optimize the lines OEE
- Implement and maintain GMPs and TPM and other subscribed management systems
- Match targets to company targets
- Prepare management report (production, financial)
- Proposes production cost optimization
- Submit Viable MI proposals
- Submit and follow the budget
- Resources optimization
- Supervises stock taking.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in any discipline, preferably Chemical / Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 – 5 years work experience in a similar role within a multinational organization
- Computer literate
- Proactive and able to implement continual improvement program.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within this particular field.
