Job Description

  1. Do you have a passion for connecting people with delicious, authentic food? Are you a natural at building relationships and promoting local products?
  2. If so, we’re looking for enthusiastic and experienced Traditional Marketers to join our team! We’re on a mission to bring the goodness of cassava products to supermarket shelves across the region, and we need your expertise to make it happen.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with supermarket buyers and decision-makers.
  2. Develop and present compelling sales pitches, highlighting the unique benefits of our cassava products.
  3. Secure prime shelf space for our products within supermarkets.
  4. Oversee product demonstrations and tastings to generate customer interest.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, staying ahead of the curve.
  6. Track sales performance and provide valuable insights to support business growth.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in traditional marketing or FMCG sales.
  2. Proven track record of successfully establishing new products in supermarkets.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  4. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  5. Deep understanding of local market dynamics and consumer preferences.
  6. Passion for promoting local agriculture and traditional food products.
