Job Description

  • Are you a dynamic and results-driven marketer seeking an exciting opportunity in the transportation industry? Look no further! Dymond Fleets Ltd., a leading transportation services company, is on the lookout for a talented Marketer to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats. Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to inform our marketing approach.
  2. Brand Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of Dymond Fleets Ltd. Create compelling campaigns to promote our services and differentiate us in the market.
  3. Digital Marketing: Utilize digital platforms to execute targeted marketing campaigns. Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and optimize online presence to attract and retain customers.
  4. Lead Generation: Implement effective lead generation strategies to build a robust sales pipeline. Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into clients and contribute to revenue growth.
  5. Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in our services.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1 – 5 years relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive marketing initiatives.

Salary

  • N90,000 – N250,000 Monthly
