Job Description

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketer to join our team.

The Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products or services, attract new customers, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving measurable results.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products or services.
2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
3. Create compelling content for marketing materials, including websites, blogs, social media, and advertisements.
4. Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
6. Identify and pursue opportunities for partnership and collaboration with other organisations.
7. proficient in using Microsoft packages.
8. Test and optimise marketing tactics to improve performance and ROI.
9. Develop and manage marketing budgets and expenditures.
10. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on marketing performance and ROI.
11. Foster a positive and engaging brand image through all marketing channels.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing roles/sales with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
3. Strong understanding of marketing principles, concepts, and techniques.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
6. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
7. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
9. Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
10. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
11. Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
12. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing strategies.
13. Must live close to Magboro

Salary
N150,000 – N180,000 / month.
