Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and target potential clients and market segments.
- Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective customers.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts.
- Provide feedback to improve products and services based on customer input.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments to ensure a competitive edge.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing analytics.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Salary
N50,000 – N100,000 / month.
