Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Ads Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote CityVJ’s services, increase user engagement, and drive growth in our user base.
- As the Marketing and Ads Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach, attracting new users, and maximizing revenue opportunities through effective advertising campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance CityVJ’s brand presence and drive user adoption of our platform.
- Create and manage advertising campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, and digital display networks, to attract users and increase app downloads.
- Conduct market research and analyze user insights to identify opportunities for product enhancements and feature developments.
- Collaborate with the product team to optimize the user experience and implement new features that align with marketing objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as user acquisition costs, conversion rates, and retention metrics, to optimize advertising spend and achieve business goals.
- Manage relationships with advertising partners and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in digital marketing and mobile app advertising to ensure CityVJ remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and user needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Certifications in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies for mobile apps or digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media advertising, app store optimization (ASO), and mobile app user acquisition.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Firebase, or similar platforms, to track and measure campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the entertainment or music industry is a plus.
