Job Position: Marketing and Communication Officer

Location: Masha, Surulere

Job Summary

  1. We’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Officer to support the growth and visibility of our yogurt brand through creative content, campaigns, and day-to-day execution of marketing activities.
  2. This role requires someone who is digitally savvy, confident on and off camera, and can bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
  3. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about food, wellness, and consumer engagement.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist in developing and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns
  2. Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms
  3. Ideate and shoot short-form video content (e.g., reels, skits, product videos)
  4. Act as a visible and engaging face of the brand where needed
  5. Support influencer collaborations and local brand activations
  6. Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure product messaging is clear and impactful
  7. Assist in executing physical marketing efforts like sampling and community marketing
  8. Help monitor and report on campaign results and online engagement
  9. Contribute ideas for improving visibility, brand loyalty, and customer interaction

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, English, or a related field
  2. 2–3 years of experience in marketing, brand communication, or social media management
  3. Skilled in digital media tools (Instagram, TikTok, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.)
  4. Confident and creative both in front of and behind the camera
  5. Ability to develop engaging marketing content, especially for food & lifestyle audiences
  6. Knowledge of traditional marketing tools (flyers, activations, radio is a plus)
  7. Strong communication and time-management skills
  8. Able to work independently and execute tasks quickly
  9. Must reside in or be able to easily commute to Surulere, Lagos

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / Month.
