Job Position: Marketing and Communications Specialist
Location: Lagos

About Role

The Marketing and Communications Specialist will be responsible for designing and executing communication strategies that elevate the Rise Networks brand, increase visibility, and amplify impact across all media channels.

The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and experienced in managing both online and offline campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications plans aligned with Rise Networks’ objectives.
  2. Manage brand communications across [digital], [print], and [broadcast] platforms.
  3. Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and press releases.
  4. Coordinate with internal teams to support campaigns, programs, and events.
  5. Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using key metrics.
  6. Cultivate media relationships and secure features in reputable publications.
  7. Ensure brand consistency in tone, design, and messaging across all channels.

Requirements

  1. 3–5 years’ proven experience in marketing, communications, or brand management.
  2. Excellent writing, storytelling, and public relations skills.
  3. Proficiency in [digital marketing tools], [SEO], and [social media analytics].
  4. Strong organisational, multitasking, and project management abilities.
  5. A passion for technology, education, and social impact is an advantage.
