Job Position: Marketing and Customer Relations Manager

Job Description

  • We are seeking for an experienced Marketing and Customer Relations Manager with logistics experience for immediate employment.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Plan, organize, and coordinateall marketing and customer service activities to maximize patronage.
  2. Identify the company’s target market and execute strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  3. Attract regular patronage from corporate organizations through aggressivemarketing efforts.
  4. Monitor shipments to ensure timely pick-up and delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  5. Secure charter services for clubs, associations, unions, institutions, companies, and government agencies.
  6. Develop products and services to enhance customer retention.
  7. Compile reports containing data and information related to customer requests and routes.
  8. Maintain up-to-date route and service information on the company’s websites to facilitate bookings.
  9. Recommend the most effective channels for promoting the company’s services, ensuring broad coverage at competitive rates.
  10. Foster effective communication and collaboration with branch offices to facilitate a unified marketing approachfor improved financial performance.
  11. Create and implement annual and periodic marketing plans.
  12. Achieve agreed targets and goals.
  13. Handle objections and ensure the satisfaction of all customers.
  14. Organize training sessions, especially in marketing and customer acquisition and retention.
  15. Arrange customer forums periodically.
  16. Coordinate product launches as required.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc/HND in a related field with a minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience.
  2. Prior experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service.
  3. Familiarity with the transportation industry is a plus.
  4. Proficiency in CRM software is desirable.
  5. Ability to perform well under pressure and maintain professional communication.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Strong multitasking abilities.
  8. Attention to detail.
