Job Position: Marketing and Sales Executive
Job Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinating the Sales and Marketing activities in line with sales targets.
- Ensuring marketing collateral such as Website, Sales Office, brochures, pitch documents etc, are completed to an appropriate quality for an international standard premium residential development.
- Providing accurate and timely responses to client enquiries with a view to converting enquires to sales.
- Communicate with diaspora agents and follow up
- Promote sales through advertisements, listing services and mixers.
- Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.
- Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
Job Requirements
- Advanced Degree in Marketing or Sales.
- Experience in property development organization.
- Minimum of 4 years post-graduation experience in Marketing and Sales with Leisure and Hospitality Experience.
