Job Description

To Carry Out Your Role…
- Select and set up a marketing automation platform that fits our needs.
- Design and build automated email nurture sequences tailored to different stages of the customer journey.
- Experiment with A/B testing on subject lines, content, and offers to optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless hand-off of qualified leads.
- Track and analyze key marketing automation metrics, providing actionable insights.
Job Responsibilities
- Nurture Flow Design: Create targeted email sequences that address different lead segments based on their needs and interests.
- Automation Setup: Implement email triggers, segmentation rules, and workflows within our chosen marketing automation platform.
- Copywriting: Write compelling subject lines, body copy, and calls to action that drive engagement and conversions.
- A/B Testing: Experiment with different subject lines, content, and offers to optimize open and click rates.
- Lead Hand-off Collaboration Work with sales to ensure a seamless transition and timely follow-up.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze key metrics (open rates, clicks, conversions). Generate insights to improve performance.
Job Requirements
- A skilled marketing automation enthusiast with proven experience (minimum 2 years) in designing and managing nurture campaigns.
- You’re a strong communicator with a knack for persuasive email copywriting.
- You possess analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing optimization.
- You’re proficient with marketing automation tools (Zoho CRM is a plus.).
