Job Description
- We are looking for a young, enthusiastic and self-motivated sales and marketing executive who would be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, generating new leads through marketing channels, tracking sales data, and creating performance reports and has a passion for the power sector.
- In this position, you will be involved in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports.
- To ensure success as a sales and marketing executive, you should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills. Ultimately, a top-notch sales and marketing executive creates strategies that align with modern consumer trends.
Job Responsibilities
- Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
- Conducting market research on rival products and competitors
- Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
- Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
- Working with the BD team and customer service lead to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
- Maintaining client relations.
- Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
- Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
- Meeting and communicating with customers and at site locations
- Providing customers with information on various solar systems and equipment available in the company portfolio
- Scheduling and overseeing product demos
- Understanding the customer’s solar system requirements
- Suggesting solar energy products that suit the customer’s needs and budget
- Arranging solar installations for customers
- Providing customers with accurate order details and quotes
- Following up with customers about their order requirements
- Generating and contacting potential customers
- Informing customers about any promotional offers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Proven work experience in a similar role in the Sales department
- Knowledge of various solar equipment and products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel and work at flexible hours
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to offer excellent customer service
