Job Position: Sales / Marketing Executive

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The primary focus of this role is to maximize revenue for Grandtrust Metropolitan Limited by proactively building a portfolio of quality risk asset and liabilities, actively promoting and marketing Grandtrust’s products and services while also ensuring the products are appropriately positioned and priced to be competitive.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
  2. To ensure that long-term customer relationship is maintained so as to achieve the goals of the company.
  3. To conduct direct marketing of the Company’s products and services to help maximize revenue.
  4. Prompt response to customer enquiries on products or existing account queries and effect satisfactory outcomes.
  5. Contribute to team effectiveness through participation and cooperation
  6. Maintain and develop new customers account, and liaison with back office staff in processing new clients.
  7. Compile necessary documentation from customers to be submitted for review and approval.
  8. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.
  9. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  10. To organize activities relating to sales and marketing promotions that will help increase awareness and generate new business.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of a Degree in Marketing / Finance / Communication from a reputable University
  2. Post graduate degree an added advantage.
  3. Minimum of 2 Years relevant professional experience in a similar role.
  4. Financial services or technology company experience will be beneficial
  5. Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel & Word.

Knowledge:

  1. Experience of marketing and sourcing new clients for loans and mobilisation of deposit.
  2. Knowledge of direct sales and marketing.
  3. Sound knowledge of the financial products and services.
  4. Knowledge of Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Terrorism Financing(CTF) acts
  5. Strong Stakeholder Management and team player.
  6. Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
  7. Knowledge of relationship building and customer management.
  8. Self Starter and ability to work independently.
  9. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, pressurized work environment
  10. Ability to innovate, prioritize and implement effectively
  11. Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
  12. Ability to work with little or no supervision Skills
  13. Able to achieve set targets
  14. Develop long–term relationships with clients
  15. Ability to maintain and develop new customers account, and liaison with back office staff in processing new clients.
  16. PC word processing, spreadsheet and database preparation and evaluation.

Salary
N75,000 / month.
