Job position: Marketing Executive

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the MD and the sales team to formulate comprehensive marketing strategies for each business segment that align with the overall goals of LS Scientific Limited.
  2. Brand Management: Oversee the brand identity and positioning for LS Scientific Limited, ensuring consistency and adherence to corporate guidelines across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  3. Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive customer interest and sales.
  4. Proactively identify and secure participation opportunities at industry conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows within our ecosystem.
  5. Plan and execute logistics to ensure a successful event presence, including development of engaging displays and collateral. Following the event, provide comprehensive pre and post-event reports analyzing results and potential leads.
  6. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitiothe n, and opportunities for growth and translate findings into actionable insights.
  7. Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across online and offline channels.
  8. Digital Marketing: Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, website management, and SEO, to enhance online visibility and engagement for all market segments and products.
  9. Content Creation: Collaborate with internal and external teams to create compelling and relevant content, including articles, blog posts, videos, and graphics, that resonate with the target audience.
  10. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Operations to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure a cohesive approach.
  11. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using relevant metrics and data. Provide regular reports and insights to management to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  12. Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact and ROI.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience
  3. Strategic thinker and has executed strategic direction for a marketing unit.
  4. Must be creative, witty, smart, a good narrator, and storyteller, excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills.
  5. Ability to translate brand and marketing strategy into simple and relatable initiatives for internal (staff) and external (customers) audiences
  6. Passionate mindset with a drive for innovation and constant learning in marketing and communications.
  7. Strong knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and ecosystem.
  8. Experience in leveraging customer analytics and segmentation to drive business growth
