Job Position: Marketing Executive

Job Location: Maryland, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Our client requires the service of a competitive Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.
  2. Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  3. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our products.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  2. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  3. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  4. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  5. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  6. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  7. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  8. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of 2 years experience
  2. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  3. Proficiency in English
  4. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  5. Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  6. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  7. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  8. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  9. Cognate Sales/Marketing Experience in Real Estate.

Salary

  • N100,000 monthly
