Job Description

  1. Responsible to provide result-oriented advertising and marketing activities designed to meet customer needs. To achieve sustainable business growth through market intelligence, creativity, and strategic vision, and to build an organization that attracts, develops, and retains outstanding people.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Creating, implementing, and managing marketing communications concepts and programs to involve different stakeholders in line with the business strategy. Close collaboration with business representatives, marketing, and sales is required to ensure that the concepts and programs have content alignment and are feasible from a business standpoint.
  2. In charge of creating, putting into action, evaluating, and refining communication strategies to support sales initiatives and meet business line goals while assuring the growth of cross-functional marketing projects.
  3. Planning, organizing, and carrying out the annual marketing communications editorial calendar, storyline, and content across all communication platforms and materials to establish consistent internal and external messaging and brand equity.
  4. Developing and maintaining communications materials to make sure that messages are incorporated into Motion segments messaging. Examples of these materials include internal articles, press releases, customer presentations, etc.
  5. Assuring effective communication through various, pertinent trade media in accordance with the overall communication plan for increasing brand visibility.
  6. Conducting research on, locating, and choosing outside marketing communications service providers; setting quality and delivery standards for tasks given to outside parties; keeping track of progress; and resolving problems.
  7. Creating international promotional strategies that utilize trade shows, online advertising, print advertising, and other communication channels to promote goods, systems, and services over the course of their entire life cycles.
  8. Establishing crucial goals and standards for marketing communications projects, as well as evaluating.

Job qualifications

  1. Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related area.
  2. 5+ years background in a similar position in the MEP Industry is will be an advantage.
  3. Strong understanding of Marketing mix
  4. The experience of building targeted content
  5. Sound understanding of communication practices and procedures.
  6. Excellent communication skills.
  7. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  8. Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
