Job Position: Marketing Manager

Reports To: Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Location: Abuja

Employment Type: Full-time, In-office

Salary: NGN 500,000 – 600,000 monthly (plus performance-based bonuses)

Job Summary

  • The Marketing, Creative & Communications Manager at 7 Fifteen Capital Ltd will be responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing the company’s overall marketing, creative, and communications strategy across the organization and its sister businesses. This includes 7-Fifteen and Husk Collection, a sister company focused on hospitality.
  • This individual will play a key role in driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and enhancing the company’s presence in the competitive real estate and hospitality markets. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in high-impact marketing, a strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, exceptional creative direction capabilities, and the ability to craft compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences across various industries.
  • The candidate will take on key leadership responsibilities – leading a team of digital and creative professionals, spearheading innovative initiatives, and ensuring the organisation remains at the forefront of its industry.

Qualifications & Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree in Marketing or an MBA is a plus.

  1. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of proven experience (with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity) in marketing, preferably in real estate or other related industries, including hospitality.

  2. Portfolio: Must submit a comprehensive portfolio demonstrating past work, including:

    • Marketing campaign examples

    • Design work samples

    • Content creation examples

    • Social media campaign results

    • Brand development projects

Job Requirements

  1. Technical Skills:
      • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.

      • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) are a major plus.

      • Hands-on experience with content creation and template customisation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) is a plus.

      • Expert-level experience with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media management platforms).

      • Ability to conduct market research and interpret data to derive actionable insights.

      • Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer behaviour.

      • Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.

      • Expertise in both traditional and digital marketing channels.

      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.

      • Excellent organisational and project management skills; capable of juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.

    2. Industry Knowledge: A Good understanding of the Nigerian real estate and hospitality markets is highly desirable.

Success Metrics (3, 6, and 12 Months)

  1. Increase monthly qualified lead volume from digital channels by at least 25% in 3 months.

  2. Grow social media followers (Instagram and Facebook) by 30% within the first 6 months.

  3. Improve website traffic by 40% and reduce bounce rate by 15% by the 6th month.

  4. Achieve campaign ROI targets with at least 3 high-performing lead-gen campaigns within 6 months.

  5. Secure at least 3 media features or collaborations with key influencers/PR partners by month 6.

  6. By 12 months, establish consistent brand sentiment above 80% positive through survey and online analytics.

  7. Develop and implement a robust content calendar and KPI tracking dashboard with automated reporting for all marketing initiatives.
