Job Position: Marketing Manager

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Market Analysis and Research: Conducting thorough market analysis and research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of diverse student populations. This includes staying abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the educational landscape.
  2. Strategic Marketing Planning: Developing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the unique characteristics of the business school and its target audience. This involves identifying competitive advantages, setting clear objectives, and outlining actionable plans to achieve marketing goals.
  3. Brand Management: Cultivating and maintaining the school’s brand identity and reputation. This entails ensuring consistency in messaging, visual elements, and brand positioning across all marketing channels to effectively communicate the school’s value proposition.
  4. Student Recruitment and Enrollment: Implementing initiatives to attract a diverse pool of prospective students and convert them into enrolled students. This may involve designing and executing recruitment campaigns, organizing events, and engaging with potential applicants through various channels.
  5. Digital and Traditional Marketing Management: Leveraging digital platforms and technologies to reach and engage with target audiences effectively. This includes managing the school’s website, social media presence, email marketing campaigns, and other online channels to enhance visibility and drive engagement with the objectives of quality leads generation for students’ enrolment. Manage terrestrial advertisement, media buying, outdoor, conference attendance, etc.
  6. Analytics and Performance Measurement: Utilizing data analytics tools to track and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives. This involves analyzing metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI to optimize strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Marketing Agencies management: Managing the agencies process, making sure they deliver on their duties as at when due, communicating the goals.
  8. Lead Acquisition: Leads media planning, strategy, monitoring, integration, campaign management
  9. Website Management: Management of features, content, information, functionality, SEO, and load time.
  10. Revenue Planning and Execution: yearly planning of revenue, budgeting, execution and monitoring.
  11. Social Media Management: management of outbound information, engagement of enquiries and information crisis management.
  12. Product development, marketing materials production: Product content development for new programs, content improvement and development of existing product, brochure content designs and esthetics.

Job Requirements

  • First Degree, M.Sc. or MBA in Marketing.
  • Professional membership with CIM, NIMN, ARCON will be an added advantage.
  • 4 year and above cognate work experience in the educational and training industry.
  • Must understand and be conversant with the use of CRM, analytical tools, competitive research, sounds with numbers.
  • Must be verse in Digital Marketing – SEO, SEM, BTL, ATL, Web Analytics, PPC, CMS, Web basic- WordPress, Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, etc.
  • Leadership Skill, Business Financial Acumen, Creativity, Adaptability etc.
