About the Role

Are you a strategic thinker with a flair for branding, digital engagement, and market expansion? We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, elevate our brand visibility, and drive business growth across Nigeria’s dynamic real estate and infrastructure sectors.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  2. Manage brand positioning, digital campaigns, and public relations initiatives
  3. Oversee content creation, social media management, and website updates
  4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  5. Coordinate marketing for new projects, launches, and stakeholder engagement
  6. Build relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and strategic partners
  7. Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  2. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in construction, real estate, or B2B sectors
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation
  4. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  5. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, CRM systems, Canva, etc.)
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
