About the Role
Are you a strategic thinker with a flair for branding, digital engagement, and market expansion? We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, elevate our brand visibility, and drive business growth across Nigeria’s dynamic real estate and infrastructure sectors.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage brand positioning, digital campaigns, and public relations initiatives
- Oversee content creation, social media management, and website updates
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate marketing for new projects, launches, and stakeholder engagement
- Build relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and strategic partners
- Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in construction, real estate, or B2B sectors
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, CRM systems, Canva, etc.)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
