Job Position: Service Contract Marketing Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Marketing and sales of contract services to potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
  2. Presenting products services and establishing new business
  3. Maintaining accurate records
  4. Reviewing contract sales performance
  5. Negotiating contracts and packages
  6. Working towards monthly and annual targets.
  7. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  8. Preparing and sending proposals as at when due.

Job Requirements

  • B.Tech / B.Sc in Engineering.
  • 0 – 2 years of experience
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator.
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excel.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Not more than 30 years of age
  • Preferably female.
