Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

We are seeking vibrant and result-oriented individuals to join our team as Marketing Officers.

The ideal candidates will be passionate about finance, sales, and customer engagement, with the drive to grow our client base and represent our brand professionally.

The Marketing Officer will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and promotion of the company’s investment products.

They will drive brand awareness, manage marketing campaigns, and ensure customer satisfaction to achieve business growth.

Job Roles & Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Retention:

  1. Identify and onboard new clients for mutual funds, fixed income, and portfolio management services.
  2. Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Sales & Marketing Execution:

  1. Develop and execute sales/marketing strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  2. Represent the company at events, seminars, and client meetings.

Brand Awareness & Promotion:

  1. Market the company’s products via digital, physical, and referral channels.
  2. Support in creating marketing content, proposals, and promotional campaigns.

Market Research & Feedback:

  1. Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to management.
  2. Suggest innovative ideas for product positioning.

Reporting & Compliance:

  1. Submit weekly/monthly sales reports.
  2. Ensure adherence to regulatory and company guidelines.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of HND / BSc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
  2. 2–3 years’ proven experience in sales/marketing (financial services sector is an advantage).
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 per month.
