Job Description

Job Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Assist in developing marketing plans to support sales growth.
- Engage in lead generation and outreach to secure new clients.
- Conduct basic market research to identify potential clients.
- Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.
- Support the sales team in ensuring consistent messaging.
- Monitor marketing activities to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about basic competitor activities and market trends.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide insights to support the development of marketing strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing or sales roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and their use for marketing.
- Ability to learn and use digital marketing tools.
- Basic organizational and time management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to contribute ideas.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools is a bonus, but not required.
- Candidates should have relevant educational qualifications and a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant industries.
Salary
N120,000 monthly.
