Trusted Choice Assets Ltd is looking for a result-oriented Marketing Officer to lead and execute strategic marketing efforts, drive sales, and take ownership of our target-based initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and activations.
  2. Identify sales opportunities and convert leads to paying clients.
  3. Drive real estate product awareness across key locations through market activation and field engagement.
  4. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  5. Recruit and manage a team of field marketers and brand ambassadors.
  6. Report on campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  1. Must reside within Ikeja, Ogba, or Agege.
  2. Proven experience in sales and marketing (real estate, insurance experience is a plus).
  3. Must be willing to travel for market activations and business opportunities.
  4. Strong communication and people management skills.
  5. Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
  6. Must possess integrity and a results-first mindset.
  7. Good knowledge of the local terrain and market behaviour.
