Job Position: Marketing Officer (Microfinance / Cooperative Institution)
Location: Kubwa, Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify, engage, and onboard new clients for savings, loans, and investment products.
  2. Execute marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and client retention.
  3. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  4. Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service delivery.
  5. Meet and exceed monthly marketing and sales targets.
  6. Prepare marketing reports and performance updates for management review.

Requirements

  1. B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or sales within a bank, MFI, MFB, or cooperative.
  3. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
  5. Strong understanding of financial services and marketing dynamics.
