Job Description
- The Marketing/Sales Associate will support the company’s marketing initiatives and drive sales by engaging with clients, promoting products, and enhancing brand awareness.
- This role combines marketing efforts with direct sales strategies to boost revenue and strengthen customer relationships.
- A dynamic individual with strong communication skills and the ability to execute marketing campaigns while generating sales is essential for this role.
Job Responsibilities
- Sales Generation: Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, both in-store and online, recommending products, and closing transactions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, pricing, and availability to effectively assist customers with informed recommendations.
- Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in executing marketing campaigns, including social media promotions, email marketing, and events, to boost brand visibility and increase sales.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through customer interactions, networking, and online platforms to support the sales pipeline.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and customer preferences that can shape future marketing strategies.
- Brand Promotion: Represent the company at promotional events, pop-up shops, and trade shows, ensuring the brand is prominently showcased.
- Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms to promote products and services.
- Sales Reporting: Track and analyze sales metrics, customer feedback, and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product and inventory teams to ensure stock levels are maintained and products are displayed properly.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a seamless shopping experience, both online and in-store.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to ensure consistent growth in revenue and customer acquisition.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Target-driven, results-oriented, and with a solid sales acumen.
- Basic understanding of market research and data analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of fashion industry trends is a plus.
- A degree in a relevant field.
- 1-3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles.
- Experience in retail or fashion is preferred.
