Job Description
- The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- The ideal candidate will play a key part in shaping and implementing our marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and contributing to our growth in the technology sector.

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, events, and partnerships.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, PPC advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing, to drive qualified traffic and leads.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and external agencies to align marketing strategies with business objectives and sales targets.
- Plan and coordinate events, webinars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and engage with key stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and technology solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the technology industry or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
