Job Position: Marketing Specialist

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Description 

  1. Our client is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join its team.
  2. You will be responsible for driving sales and facilitating business growth by formulating and implementing all kinds of digital and traditional marketing strategies around the service areas and ensuring business scales repeatedly

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across various service areas e.g. Lounge and karaoke, Event and game hosting, Game services and event repairs, school gaming events, corporate event and hosting, Birthday event center etc.
  2. Tracking and analyzing sales metrics to measure performance and identify areas of improvement
  3. Identify and target high-value prospects across industries, including brands, retailers, manufacturers, and design agencies to patronize the gaming and event centres
  4. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their specific needs and challenges
  5. Effectively communicate the value proposition of the service areas
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring successful onboarding and maximizing customer lifetime value
  7. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of the Gaming centre
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, technical support, etc.) to ensure a seamless customer experience

Job Requirements

  1. HND / BSc / MSc / MBA in Business Administration, Marketing and other related field
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably within the entertainment space
  3. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
  4. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships
  5. Deep understanding of the Entertainment/Gaming industries, including their current challenges and opportunities
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
  7. Ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels
  8. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  9. Strong C-suite business connections across diverse industry
  10. Ability to read, comprehend, and provide feedback on contract provisions
  11. Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and other relevant sales tools is a plus

Salary
N100,000 plus commission on sales.
