Nedcomoaks Limited, a real estate company that makes aspirational living affordable, is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Mechanical Engineer
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Standardize the materials used for projects.
- Approve (in liaison with external Consultants where applicable) the materials for the work (sample room)
- Inspect and sign-off the installation of work over all projects. This will be done through sign-off sheets handed to the Site Managers and the approval of a sample apartment on each project.
- Coordinate all testing and commissioning of site facilities
- Invite relevant Consultants for approvals and coordinate the process.
- Provide monthly reports across all projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 3 years of work experience.
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
