Job Description
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Media & Communications Officer to manage our brand image, create engaging content, and drive customer engagement across all media channels.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to develop strategies that connect with our audience.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement media and communication strategies to promote the company’s products and brand
- Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and marketing materials
- Coordinate photoshoots, video production, and promotional campaigns
- Write, edit, and proofread articles, press releases, and marketing copy
- Monitor social media engagement and provide performance reports
- Build relationships with media outlets, influencers, and brand ambassadors
- Organise and promote events, product launches, and brand activations
- Ensure brand consistency in all communications and marketing materials
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND/B.Sc in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
- Proven experience in media, communications, or digital marketing (cosmetics/beauty industry experience is an advantage)
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Proficiency in social media management tools, graphic design, and basic video editing
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
