Job Description

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Media & Communications Officer to manage our brand image, create engaging content, and drive customer engagement across all media channels.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to develop strategies that connect with our audience.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement media and communication strategies to promote the company’s products and brand
  2. Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and marketing materials
  3. Coordinate photoshoots, video production, and promotional campaigns
  4. Write, edit, and proofread articles, press releases, and marketing copy
  5. Monitor social media engagement and provide performance reports
  6. Build relationships with media outlets, influencers, and brand ambassadors
  7. Organise and promote events, product launches, and brand activations
  8. Ensure brand consistency in all communications and marketing materials

Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess an HND/B.Sc in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
  2. Proven experience in media, communications, or digital marketing (cosmetics/beauty industry experience is an advantage)
  3. Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
  4. Proficiency in social media management tools, graphic design, and basic video editing
  5. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas
  6. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
