Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Doctor with surgical expertise to join our healthcare team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surgery, along with exceptional patient care and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Perform surgical procedures with precision and accuracy.
  2. Evaluate and diagnose patients to determine appropriate surgical treatment plans.
  3. Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients.
  4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  5. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

Requirements

  1. Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
  2. At least 2 years post-NYSC
  3. Valid medical license.
  4. Proven experience in surgical procedures.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Incentives

  1. Salary: N400,000 – N500,000 monthly.
  2. In addition to the monthly salary, the successful candidate will receive a percentage incentive for each surgical procedure performed. Details regarding the incentive structure will be discussed during the interview process.
