Location: Lagos

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician to join our healthcare team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory tests, analyzing samples, and ensuring accurate results that support the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Collect, prepare, and analyse body fluids (blood, urine, tissue, etc.) for testing.
  2. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
  3. Conduct routine and specialised laboratory tests with accuracy and efficiency.
  4. Record, interpret, and report test results in line with established standards.
  5. Adhere to safety protocols and quality control procedures.
  6. Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
  7. Maintain proper documentation, sample tracking, and laboratory inventory.

Requirements

  1. Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
  2. Current license/certification from a relevant professional body.
  3. Proven experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician in a clinical setting.
  4. Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
  5. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  7. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Salary
N110,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
