Job Position: Medical Sales Representative (9 Openings)
Locations: Lagos, Akure – Ondo, Port Harcourt – Rivers, Imo, Anambra, Oyo, Kano, Cross River & Kano

Job Description

We are seeking passionate and results-driven Medical Sales Representatives to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals across various territories.

The ideal candidates must be self-motivated, experienced in medical sales, and capable of achieving targets while building strong client relationships.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
  2. Conduct regular visits to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers to detail product benefits.
  3. Create and maintain a database of potential and existing customers.
  4. Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities to identify business opportunities.
  5. Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily/weekly reports.
  6. Organise product presentations and promotional activities.
  7. Ensure timely collection of payments and report customer feedback.

Requirements
Educational Qualification:

  1. Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in a science-related field (Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacology, etc.)
  2. Additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.

Experience:

  1. Minimum of 4 years proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales.
  2. Existing relationships with hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies in any of the listed territories will be an advantage.

Required Skills:

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Persuasive and confident with excellent presentation abilities.
  3. Good negotiation and closing skills.
  4. Time management and planning skills.
  5. Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare industry trends.
  6. Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email communication).

Other Requirements:

  1. Must reside or be willing to work in any of the listed locations.
  2. Must own a smartphone for daily reporting and communication.
  3. Must be able to resume immediately.
  4. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Remuneration

  1. Salary: N100,000 Monthly
  2. N100,000 Monthly Float (for logistics and operations)
  3. Valid for the first 3 months only (probation period).
  4. After 3 months: Commission-based
  5. 10% commission on total payments made into the company account from your clients, monthly.
