Job Position: Medical Sales Representative (9 Openings)
Locations: Lagos, Akure – Ondo, Port Harcourt – Rivers, Imo, Anambra, Oyo, Kano, Cross River & Kano
Job Description
We are seeking passionate and results-driven Medical Sales Representatives to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals across various territories.
The ideal candidates must be self-motivated, experienced in medical sales, and capable of achieving targets while building strong client relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular visits to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers to detail product benefits.
- Create and maintain a database of potential and existing customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities to identify business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily/weekly reports.
- Organise product presentations and promotional activities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and report customer feedback.
Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in a science-related field (Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacology, etc.)
- Additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales.
- Existing relationships with hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies in any of the listed territories will be an advantage.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident with excellent presentation abilities.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Time management and planning skills.
- Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare industry trends.
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email communication).
Other Requirements:
- Must reside or be willing to work in any of the listed locations.
- Must own a smartphone for daily reporting and communication.
- Must be able to resume immediately.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Remuneration
- Salary: N100,000 Monthly
- N100,000 Monthly Float (for logistics and operations)
- Valid for the first 3 months only (probation period).
- After 3 months: Commission-based
- 10% commission on total payments made into the company account from your clients, monthly.
