Job Position: Mixologist
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- Create and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and speciality drinks, ensuring consistency and high quality.
- Interact with customers to provide an exceptional drinking experience and offer recommendations based on preferences.
- Maintain an organised and clean bar area, ensuring all tools, glasses, and ingredients are readily available and in good condition.
- Stay updated on industry trends, experimenting with new drink recipes, ingredients, and techniques to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring stock is properly stored and replenished as needed.
- Ensure the responsible service of alcohol, adhering to legal drinking age requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with other staff to maintain smooth bar operations, including handling orders and managing customer flow.
- Maintain excellent customer service by addressing concerns, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive, engaging atmosphere.
Job Requirement
- Must reside within the axis of Ago Palace Way, Okota, Lagos State.
Salary
N60,000 – N70,000 per month.
