Job Location: Akowonjo, Lagos, Nigeria
Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Phone Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing faults in mobile phones, as well as providing excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mobile phone faults, including hardware and software issues
- Replace faulty components, such as screens, batteries, and charging ports
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure repaired phones meet company standards
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and phone models
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in mobile phone repair
- Strong knowledge of mobile phone hardware and software
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications or training an advantage
