The Accountant will play a key role on the finance and accounting team. The role is expected to actively participate in preparing or reviewing all monthly reconciliations and managing other accounting activities.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of tax remittance and procedures
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Member of a professional accounting body (ICAN) is an additional advantage
• Goal-driven personnel

Job Description

• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns on time before the due date.
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
• Preparing and reviewing financial documents, reports, statements, income statements, and other reports.
• Record all transactions accurately and perform bank reconciliation on all the company’s accounts.
• Oversee all accounting procedures while advising on general finance matters.
• Assist in audit procedures and preparation.
• Assist and prepare with the tax accountant for all lottery filings monthly and yearly.

Basic Salary:
N200,000 – N300,000
