Job Position: Motion Graphic Designer

Job Description

  1. We are looking for a talented and creative Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team.
  2. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and animating captivating motion graphics and visual effects that bring our projects to life.
  3. You will collaborate closely with our creative and marketing teams to deliver compelling visual content that engages our audience.

Job Responsibilities
Conceptualization and Design:

  1. Create visually stunning motion graphics and animations for various projects, including videos, presentations, and promotional materials.
  2. Develop creative concepts and storyboards to effectively communicate ideas and messages.
  3. Animation and Production:
  4. Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro) to produce high-quality motion graphics.
  5. Ensure that animations are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet project objectives.

Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative directors, video producers, and content marketers, to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.
  2. Provide input and creative direction during brainstorming and planning sessions.

Deadline Management:

  1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
  2. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project progress and timely delivery.

Quality Control:

  1. Review and refine animations to ensure accuracy and consistency in design and messaging.
  2. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in motion graphics design.

Job Requirements

  1. A Certification in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  2. Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  3. Proficiency in motion graphics software, including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
  4. Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, and typography.
  5. Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
  6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
