Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lagos
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication, empathy, problem-solving, and a customer-first attitude.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Support sales and marketing teams by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or services.
- Keep updated on product knowledge, company updates, and service procedures.
- Collect customer feedback and report trends to management for service improvement.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in any field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer service, front desk, or related role (experience in a similar industry is an advantage).
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
