Job Position: NIP Fund Transfer Specialist

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Attend to all queries from clients on dispute issues and ensure they resolve promptly.
  2. Attending to all transfer related enquiries from banks.
  3. Ensure customers’ complaints are properly reviewed before engaging the banks.
  4. Request for daily NIP reports from the respective units
  5. Follow up on the status of all transactions treated to ensure that they are all successfully processed into beneficiary’s accounts.
  6. Engaging NIBSS for status confirmations of claims.
  7. Maintain a proper record of all transactions disputed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in NIP Fund Transfer.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
