Job Position: Nursing Officer (RN / RM)
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients’ health status, including physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
- Developing and implementing individualised care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitoring patients’ responses to interventions.
- Providing prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care to pregnant women, including conducting antenatal assessments, assisting with labour and delivery, and offering postpartum support.
- Educating patients and their families about health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care practices.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and promote interdisciplinary communication.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and adhering to evidence-based practice guidelines.
Requirements
Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with experience.
Salary
N298,000 / Month.
