Job Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Ensure the front desk area is visually appealing and reflects the brand’s aesthetic.
  3. Provide information about the brand’s products and services to clients and guests.
  4. Assist in administrative tasks, including sorting and distributing mail, handling packages, and coordinating deliveries.
  5. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  6. Address and resolve basic customer concerns, or redirect them to the appropriate department.
  7. Schedule appointments and manage the brand’s calendar for meetings and events.
  8. Serve as a central point of contact between different departments and external parties.
  9. Adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities as needed in a dynamic HR environment

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum academic qualification of a HND or Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline
  2. Proximity to location is preferred
  3. Innovative and creative
  4. Passionate about helping people
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Proficiency in using office software and equipment
  7. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  8. Detail oriented
  9. Professional appearance and demeanor
